What information we collect
Humangoodkind Designs collects only the information necessary to communicate with prospective clients and deliver contracted work. We do not run advertising, analytics platforms, or tracking pixels on this site beyond what is described here.
Information you give us directly:
- Name and email address from contact form submissions
- Project briefs, attachments, or descriptions you share voluntarily
- Billing and payment details processed through Stripe (we never store card numbers)
- Communications and files exchanged during an active engagement
Information collected automatically:
- Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL)
- Cloudflare performance and security data as described in their privacy policy
02 · Use
How we use it
We use the information we collect exclusively to:
- Respond to project enquiries and schedule introductory calls
- Deliver contracted design and development work
- Process invoices and payments
- Maintain records required for tax and accounting purposes
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your email address for marketing without explicit consent.
04 · Third parties
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the studio:
- Stripe — payment processing. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and security. They process request data as part of delivering this site.
- Webflow — site hosting and CMS.
- Notion / Linear — project management, used only during active engagements.
- Google Analytics — page view and behaviour analytics. Data is processed by Google and subject to their privacy policy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics browser add-on.
- Ahrefs — SEO performance monitoring. Ahrefs may collect referral and traffic data from this site as part of their web crawling and analytics services.
05 · Retention
Data retention
Enquiry emails and project briefs from prospects who don’t become clients are deleted after six months. Client project files and communications are retained for seven years in accordance with standard accounting requirements, then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
06 · Rights
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
